Spoke to a recruiter at a career fair and had an interview the next day. Spoke to another recruiter and interviewed by phone five months later. Was offered the position the next day and given 30 days to decide.

Applied in November and was contacted in January for a Skype interview a week later. The questions were really straightforward - they asked about my resume and job experience, as well as behavioral questions. No real technical questions because it's a geared towards general business management.

Interviewers walked through my resume and asked specific questions about certain topics. They asked about my leadership experiences and times that I faced problems in a group setting. They also asked me a hypothetical question where I had to walk them through how I would solve the problem. The interviewers were respectful even though I struggled through some answers.
