Panel interview with multiple disciplines, mangers, stakeholders, GM, and peers. They expected me to do a power point about myself but they didn't make me due to a shortened day at the plant.
A few screener calls, then an interview at the facility. Started with a tour then met with multiple groups that were relevant to my job function. Nothing else to add.

They reached out toe and informed me that they wanted me to interview. I accepted and set up a time for an interview. The recruiter was friendly throughout the process.
