About a week after I applied online, I received an automated email from Nordstrom to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted for about 15 minutes where they asked me very basic questions about me and my experience with commission-based selling. If you "pass", then you are asked to schedule a 1:1 interview at the end of the phone interview. The 1:1 was about 20 minutes long, which included some role-playing where I had to "sell" something to the interviewee. Other than that, the questions were very straight-forward, nothing too tricky.
