I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nordstrom (Vancouver, BC) in Sept 2019
Interview
3 step interview, starting with a phone call, then a in person interview with multiple managers present, then a last interview with the store manager. Pretty straightforward they're just trying to figure out if you're able to sell multiple products efficiently.

So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
