Interview
The interview process with Nordstrom was a long and tedious process. They repeatedly said they would get back to me in shorter time period than they actually did. From first inteview to ending the process was 3 months. They were non-responsive to questions and/or inquiries as well as wanted me to interview for several different positions and the removed some of the positions.

There were no difficult or unexpected questions, was very straight forward.
I had a great experience with good communication and straight forward process. Everyone was very professional and I have no complaints about the process. I would love to interview again in the future.

Interview
Straight forward, everything was handled quickly and professionally. At the time there was no use of AI so it felt very genuine and human driven. No complaints I would definitely look to apply again.
It was online and it was well scheduled and managed. Expectation was there and manager was very polite and informing. I really enjoyed what they had to offer but decided to go another route.
