Interview
Initially applied online, received a follow up e-mail less than a week later asking to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was very basic and forward. I was then asked to set up an in person interview a few days later. This position was for a new store opening so it was a very large group interview. I went through 2 interviews with 2 different managers at my face to face interview.

Describe a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer and how you were able to overcome it.
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
