Interview
Spoke with one supervisor and answered typical interview questions. Then was given three clothing items & accessories to write copy for. Was left in the room alone and given 15 minutes. A different supervisor came in and reviewed the work, and finished up the interview.
Spoke to different team members and potential future supervisors about the role. Very interpersonal and easy to talk to as well. I was able to do this online which was helpful.

Interview
The interview process is two parts.
The first part is with a recruiter via phone who does a prescreen for an official interview.
The second part is virtual with the department manager who asks about your work experience and particularly within ecommerce copywriting. You will be given a writing test over 15 minutes to display how you create copy for their products.
