I applied for a Senior Software Developer role at Nomentia. The process included four stages: an initial HR interview, a technical interview with developers and architects, a deep technical discussion, and a final HR round.
I passed the HR interview and had a good discussion during the technical interview, but I didn’t make it to the final offer. I was close to the technical requirements, and the interviewers were respectful and professional throughout.

Interview
First round was just a general interview focusing on professional background and past experience. When I asked about the availability of relocation package, the answer was simply “no”, which was an immediate red flag for me. After several days I got a rejection e-mail stating that they found a "better match" from Vienna. Such an outcome suggests that the company prioritizes cost-efficiency over talent acquisition.
