Got to be on-site interview at Amytiville. The site seems to be a warehouse with inventories going in and out. Got a peek at the offices and it looked like dorm crammed with lots of people inside. There were like 4-5 people in tiny desks inside a room. Didn't feel like a proper place to work like other modern offices with amply workstation, chair, and work space. The facilities looked like old, anticuated, and never bothered to do any renovation ever in their lifetime. While other places attract talent thru worksite benefits, and good environment to work at. This one clearly misses the point by miles. The interview was pretty much standard with HR, hiring manager, couple of people asking technical background on circuits, serial communication, etc. Pretty basic and straightforward...
