Long! They interview ahead of time before they even have a position open, then call you months later for a second interview once a position finally opens. Was told at the first interview that my current experience would translate well to this position, then after the final interview I received an email saying that my skills did not match the job description.

I applied online on the 16th of December and they responded back on the 27th of December inviting me for a pre recorded interview. They gave me a week to prepare for an interview.

Good interview, around 3 to 4 rounds of interview. Each has asked for project management relationship theoretical question.
Starting with basic to daily use on ground. Also had interview with client for the detail project understand and way to tackle the situation as a project manager in certain scenarios.
