Interview
3 interviews, 2 with alternate sales managers, 1 with GM. Each of the managers was quite different, but fairly casual approach. They did not seem certain on what they were looking for and needed some convincing. I had a friend inside the company coaching them and me through the process so that helped.
The only odd question i can recall was asking if I thought I would fit their culture. Hard to answer when you don't know what the culture is.

Entrevista sencilla grupal y bastante corta. Te piden que te presentes y que respondas a un par de preguntas, y luego te hacen una pregunta mas sin relacionar. Esto entiendo que se debe a que necesitan mucha gente para el puesto de teleoperador y a que el verdadero filtro se produce en la formación y el exámen de esta.

Interview
I first spoke with a recuriter named Stephanie. She was very nice and helpful throughout the process. I then had an interview with a hiring manager and then final round interview with a member of the team. I have no complaints about the process. Everyone was pleasant throughout. Someone else with more experience than me ended up getting the role. But I appreciated the transparency and follow up from everyone throughout the process. I can tell this is a great place to work because of the good people I had met through each round.

I just had two rounds and one was general introduction and the other was mix with some puzzles and general questions. We can say it was an easy to average kind of interview
