Interview
I posted my resume on Dice.com and was contacted by an internal recruiter. Everything moved very fast from there. I spoke with her for nearly an hour on Tuesday and was very happy with how truthful she was about the consulting business. The next day I had another phone interview with the manager of the group. I had a fantastic time talking to him. Very relaxed, very energetic... got immediate positive feedback from the recruiter. The following day I had another phone interview that was more technical. Also was very laid back and relaxed. Then I waited while the recruiter told me she was waiting for "next steps... likely an in-person interview" the following week. I didn't hear back by the weekend, which was sad since things had been going so fast. On Tuesday night/Wednesday morning she called with not information about an interview, but instead a soft offer!

Primero te llama recursos humanos explicando el puesto, te lleva a completar una prueba de habilidades cognitivas. Si te va bien, posteriormente hacer una entrevista con tu jefe directo en la que hablas sobre la experiencia laboral, por qué quiere entrar y como está compuesta el área.
Prima incontro conoscitivo co nHR, poi incontro con manager del team dove pensano di inserirti e poi finale conoscitivo con partner che è piu una formalità e non un vero e proprio colloquio

group assessment and somo questions about consulting, algo a second interview with a manager and was very good, not specific questions. She was nice and i received the offer one week later
