I applied through other source. I interviewed at NTT DATA (Bengaluru) in Dec 2017
Interview
Worst Interview Experience.. Please don't waste your time by attending the interview.
Nothing as such pros all are bad and not that great company to explain. Nice infrastructure and well maintained campus
After shortlist they will beg like anything to attend the interview. HR's main aim is to get the head count for interview but not the process. Interviewers are think themselves as techies but the fact is they are like frog in the well. Some of the experienced employees don't know how to take the interview and they are worried about syntax and compilation issues crazy people. Also doesn't know how to interact with the people
The interview was a genuinely positive experience. The interviewer was approachable and created a comfortable atmosphere right from the start, which helped ease any nervousness. The questions were well-structured and relevant to the role, giving me a fair chance to showcase my skills and experience. I also appreciated the clear communication about the process and next steps, which made the overall experience feel transparent and professional
