Sent an email to a recruiter at the company. Spoke with Recruiter on open vacancies, they proceeded to set up an interview with a group of hiring managers based on my skill set. Recruiter spoke somewhat in reference to the company.

initial hr call, ntt presentation group session (you can just listen), manager interview (talking about projects you have done before etc) and job offer. All very easy with no technical assessment or skill tests
