I’ve always respected NTT as a brand, but my recent interaction with one of their HR representatives was extremely disappointing. The individual carried a sense of authority that felt more like arrogance than professionalism. Instead of creating a respectful and engaging hiring experience, the approach was dismissive, transactional, and lacked even basic courtesy.
The first impression an HR makes is a direct reflection of the company. When candidates with years of professional experience are treated in such a casual and indifferent manner, it not only discourages talent but also tarnishes the reputation of the organization.
NTT is a strong name in the industry, but I sincerely hope they look into how their HR team represents them—because one person’s attitude can undo years of goodwill.
