HR interview, 1 Telephonic technical and on-site interview. Initially received call from HR for background information followed by technical phone interview and on-site interview. Onsite interview includes topology troubleshooting and RMA, ARP, IPSEC and Network Security related issues.

Three-way Handshake Protocol.
SSL Handshake process
VPN, IPSEC
GD round, then Tech HR round, lastly generic HR round , GD was strict on pronunciation and accent. Tech HR was easy just basic Networking concepts. Generic HR was asking about location , comfort and how you fit into the office.
The client is Nokia and they didn't had a face to face interview i had just 1 Round that too even in normal phone call interview.
They didn't ask much questions also.
