Smooth onboarding interview process . Overall nice, virtual interview , very well organised. application screening, an initial HR phone screening, a technical or departmental hiring manager interview, a practical assessment or panel round, and a final job offer.

Worst interview experience I've had. The interviewer seemed more interested in putting candidates down than conducting a fair assessment. The mandatory requirement for the role was SQL, and I was able to answer all the SQL-related questions confidently.
However, the interviewer then started asking questions about Python and even asked me to set up a VS Code environment, which was not mentioned as a requirement for the position. The entire interaction felt unprofessional and irrelevant to the actual job requirements.
I would not recommend interviewing with this company based on my experience. Both the interviewer and the HR team need to improve their hiring process and ensure candidates are evaluated fairly and according to the stated requirements.
