First round phone, probability questions. A few behaviorals. The interview process was very informal and the guy seemed to be talking to other people during. Technicals were annoying and given minimal time.
Final AC, was split into 3 separate interviews 2 were questions around the core values and current market news and quick trade idea as well as a few brain teasers.
The application process began with an Online Assessment, followed by a five-question HireVue, then a telephone interview with a trader, and finally an assessment centre to evaluate skills and fit.
