Applied first on the school career website. Contacted to sign up for a first-round phone call interview. Interviewed with two traders, one at junior and another at senior level. The whole interview took around 25-30 minutes.

First round phone interview, very casual and conversational. All behavorials besides 1 brainteaser. Interviewer was nice. Why trading, why MS, collaboration story, how do you follow markets, what is your favorite course. Have not heard back yet
Completed the online assessment process, hirevue interview, and telephone call. The process was relatively smooth, however the delay in the process was quite a nuisance. Telephone call was quite technical, it would be great if received feedback on interview and points to improve.
