On-campus recruiting with an interview originally set through the career office. I was interviewed by 4 people over the course of two hours during the process. Interviews were held at a hotel just off campus
General questions about the line of business and common questions about how you would assume their teams handle certain situations. Mainly on behavioral side but also technical can be included.

After initial screening from HR, assessment day with other candidates followed by tests and a short interview asking motivation for joining the company, the career path, and relevant technical knowledge for the role.
