Pretty straightforward interview process. They came to my business school campus and I sent in my resume and cover letter. I had previously connected with an executive in their office and did quite a bit of schmoozing. This helped me out quite a bit. The interview didn't touch too much upon finance but it was more of a fit interview looking at how serious I would be about pursuing the opportunity on a full-time basis.

Hirevue, first round with an associate, second round with a VP, final with an MD. All in all not bad if you prepare well enough. All of the free resources online will help a lot
