i was contacted by recruiter over the phone. Asked few questions before presenting my application to the hiring manager. Two days later, I got a notification about an over-the-phone interview the day after. The recruiter does not know if it will be technical or simply a phone screen. When the interview occurred, it was purely technical.
Really a straightforward process comparable to what I've seen at other Wall Street banks. Multiple rounds, very professional. It didn't feel very customized to my background, but all the usual questions about track record, goals, etc. were covered.
