2 X telephone interviews where they asked questions about myself and my interest in IBD and what experiences i have done that show this like extracurricular or even in my degree

First you have to complete Online assessments, which are pretty standard tests, most like other spring weeks. I dont believe there were any behavioral questions. Then the hireview was pretty standard too.

Interview
It was a normal application, i did the test and I did the 7 question hire vue, an interview in the End. It was a telephone interview with an associate.
