Interview
Quick and efficient. Assessment centre, with a panel task, followed by three interviews with employees of different seniority. Individual interviews are then followed by a numerical competency test which is similar to the one you did online. Roughly 15 people per assessment centre
30 minute questions, good environment, flowing conversations, Q and A at end, describe your experiences etc, what are you up to, couple experience related questions, no financial hard questions, prime brokerage.

There was one phone interview followed by an on-site interview. Due to COVID-19 it did not actually end up taking place on-site, and it was carried over zoom. Despite that the experience was very enjoyable
