3 stage process, first an informal phone call acting as a screener with questions about cv, job profile and company. followed by a 30 min phone interview and assessment centre consisting of two interviews and a group exercise.
questions focused mostly on competencies, teamwork, leadership, difficult situation etc.
knowing the job description, the expected daily tasks and company profile important too..

asked to tell them a bout a time i made a mistake... had to come with something as to what i learnt from the mistake etc. so as to show a positive aspect
Asking general behavioral questions like self intro, any relevant experience with client, future career plan, etc. It was two round in person interview and nice culture and people. Good experience overall

Was very nice. They show you the building between rounds of interviews. First is a group interview, and then two individual interviews. The people are nice as well, and very friendly.

Simple and straightforward and something you can take with you after. I hdid a lot of prep, and believe it is important to do so even until the morning of. It is also important to know about the firm and be yourself.
