I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (New York, NY)
Interview
Found the opportunity through campus recruiting, and conducted two phone interviews. Both were very friendly and the conversations were mainly behavioral and flowed very nicely. I was then invited to the Super Day in NYC at HQ, which was structured as four 20 minute back-to-back interviews with two exec. directors a managing director and then a VP (all within IED). Most were friendly; no crazy questions asked. A lot about my experience last summer (at an investment boutique), why MS, have I been following the markets and which stocks in particular (pitch). I received an offer shortly thereafter.

Question 1
How much does the Starbucks in Times Square bring in, in annual revenue?
The interview process was a great experience overall. I enjoyed the conversation and felt it was a strong opportunity to connect my background to the work Morgan Stanley does. There was a HireVue than one one one.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and how you're a good match.
After submitting the application, they provide the online assessment link to all the people, I guess. After taking the assessment, the applicants who are moving on to the next step will have a Zoom interview with HR and a superday (final), respectively.

Question 1
Mostly about fit questions. Not a single technical question was asked.
Well organised, informational, and transparent process. After test there was a hirevue, then a telephone interview and then the superday, all of which was completed in about one month. I appreciated their speed and for not dragging out the process.
