I applied through a diversity program and completed an initial hirevue where I was asked 2-4 questions. Then I was invited to a Superday in NYC where I completed 2 one-on-one interviews and 1 group interview.
Started by completing an online application form, followed by psychometric tests. Then a phone interview, and then an assessment centre. The assessment centre involved a group exercise, strengths based interview and then a case study, which had a presentation element.
