Interview process was fairly simple. We had a group interview of about 5 people and they asked us typical interview questions: why do you want to intern for us, what are your goals, etc. They're looking for people who are interested in learning more about finance and investing.

Question 1
Questions about some topics related to finance which we had to answer on a sheet of paper. One of which was regarding the European Crisis.
I had a Zoom meeting with three of their staff. I was put on the same call as three other candidates, and we rotated through breakout rooms. This was after doing Hireview.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley
Interview
1. A phone interview: basic information about you, couple questions in English, took about 10 min
2. Online interview with HR about work experience
3. Online interview about you technical knowledge
Typical AC interview. They asked me about my financial and accounting knowledge. As well as about my everyday competence, strengths and weaknesses. Also high English language skill is a must.
