Interview
They made me do 4 interviews each to meet different people. They said I would have to take an Excel test, but it never happened. The process took 3 months and the background check and finger printing took a while, too. A bunch of time went by between each interview, so the time was really extended.
Simple, they were very welcoming and straightforward. I felt comfortable when I got there, but I could tell they wanted someone with more experience than me. It only lasted 30 minutes and they only really wanted to hear me talk about my experiences and asked one behavioral question.

Interview
Very straightforward. Told me more about the role. Was looking for someone to start in January, but I don't graduate until June. Said she'd pass my resume along nonetheless (don't think anything will come of it considering they are looking for someone to start ASAP).

What are your greatest strengths? Why are you interested in this position?
Little to no situational questions asked. Very casual interview. Went over past experience and jobs listed on my resume. Phone screening, in-person with manager, and a second in-person with branch leader and manager.
