The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley in Sept 2009
Interview
Branch manager contacted me at my previous employer because I already had a book of business to bring over. It consisted of two 1:1 interviews with just the branch manager. One informal sit down lunch interview and one at his office. Got a tour of the office and met and spoke to the other financial advisors in the offce. The people there were very kind and informative about what to expect if I were to join the company.
