Phone screening then a super day 3 rounds back to back. Mostly behavioral questions and market ones. Understand the role of home office vs the field. Overall not too bad just so your research
The interview process was moderately difficult, started with a hirevue after the application, proceeded to a phone screen, then advanced to a final round interview that conducted of two rounds, one with an hr representative, another with a senior employee of the firm.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley
Interview
It was very simple, one screening interview over the phone and one superday on Zoom. It took a while to hear back but the recruiters were very communicative. The interviews were mostly behavioral and about the company.
The hirevue was easy enough. They gave two tries which made it much easier because you could take a while to think in between attempts. Never did make it to the superday unfortunately.
