Approached by them to go to interview. Interviewed by a recent starter in the company. Manager then came in and asked how long we were going to be as needed the room.
The interview process consisted of two stages. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, as some of the individuals I encountered were quite unwelcoming. I even greeted a few directors, but they walked past without acknowledging me

1st was phone screening and i was asked a few questions over the phone in regards to my experience and also why i want to be a recruitment consultant and then Interview , 1 day of Q&A and this was with 4 different manages from different sectors and then 2nd day Desk Trial for the chosen desk.
