Swift & engaged interview process, great feedback at every stage - internal recruiter kept me up to date at every point of the process - better communication than any other recruiter engaged with
The interview process consisted of two stages. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, as some of the individuals I encountered were quite unwelcoming. I even greeted a few directors, but they walked past without acknowledging me

Question 1
What are my motivations? Interviewer asked it in a real horrible way
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Morgan Hunt (London, England)
Interview
Very low code of practise and unfair treatment.
I have been contacted by a senior advisor who initially told me I was shortlisted for a cv.
But in order to complete my application I was supposed to read the full job spec and provide some example of my work experience.
I had to go through a long application form that took me 4 hours of my time. The day after I called back and the "pseudo-HR professional" / Sales person told me I was not shortlisted.
My understanding is that she did not know what the role was about and used the time of the applicant to gather as much as possible example of real world private sector examples.
The job advert said the role was for a public position with a pace type of environment (that is how public money are wasted in the UK)
Very unprofessional, my advise is to avoid both for the candidates and to the potential employers.
