Interview
The process consisted of:
- Numeric & Verbal tests
- Once successful, you may be contacted to arrange an interview with either an analyst or associate.
- In the first interview, you will be asked mostly fit and some technical questions
- The second interview was similar, except that they may try to put you under pressure to see how you react (again that is my personal opinnion)
- Unfortunately, I did not get to the other rounds, so I can't tell you much.

Question 1
Why Moleis, and why Dubai (or the location you are applying to)
Got my first round interview. It was very technical but short. They picked a company to base my interview around like starbucks. It was quite challenging - I didn't get a super day.
Initial resume screen, then had a first round and finally an in-person superday. Superday only had a few candidates at a time in the room, had to sign up for a slot
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Moelis & Company (London, England)
Interview
Challenging, but generally expected. The questions get tougher when going deeper into topics and constantly asking "why", but nothing too strange. The people are extremely friendly, and the whole process is very straightforward.
