      Interview

I saw a job listing on monster.com for a sales rep/customer service rep. I was called immediately after I posted my resume and was asked to attend a group interview. The group interview consisted of about 10 people and we were split up in to groups to present a sales pitch about anything that we could think of. They basically wanted to see who can present a sales pitch the best and who stood out within the group. The managers then left the room and came back and picked the people that they no longer were interested in. I guess they liked me at that point because I was to stay for the "individual" interviews. The first person went and had an interview that took about an hour. Then the managers came out and told us that because of the time, they had to interview the rest of us in a group AGAIN. This whole process took 5 hours and was a waste of my time. Obviously, they chose the first person who had an interview for over an hour.
