Had a 30 min intro phone screening with HR for the role. I was told I would hear back in a week or so, I sent follow up emails every 2 weeks for a month after hearing nothing from HR. They couldn’t even reply back to me. A simple denial email is the bare minimum courtesy Shocking that they ghost candidates for a VP level.
