Interview
The process was similar to other companies. Initial application which required cover letter and CV. After this, it was the online tests (numerical and verbal reasoning). Then, came a per-recorded video interviewing with a couple of competency questions as well as motivational too. After this stage, it was the final round interview where they were more interested in your interests and experiences.

Very technical interview. Lot's of F1 knowledge required. I had to give a 10 minute presentation on something I was passionate about. I was interviewed by two people and they seemed nice.
