HR screening, case study (took me many hours to complete đ), panel interview on technical and presentation, in-person culture interview. âI felt like I did really well in the culture interview and was surprised to hear the feedback that was given, since the interviewers didn't try to probe to get more out of me regarding the specifics they were looking for. This is unfortunate and makes me question if their vetting is narrow.

Question 1
How do you prioritize your accounts? How do you embody each values? Which of the values do you like the most and why? How do you approach churn accounts?
5 interviews and a presentation. Extremely long. The last interview was with two best friends and I didnât feel like they listened at all to answers, were very rude, and spent most of the interview making inside jokes with each other. After doing all this work and having 4 good interviews, for that to be the last one and then not get the offer was a pretty terrible experience and complete waste of my time. Weird culture.

Question 1
Describe how you would spend the first 3 months in this role
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mentimeter in May 2024
Interview
Alva labs personality and logic test > Recruiter video interview > Business Case with 3-day deadline > Hiring manager round with 2 people asking me questions. After this, there was supposed to be a final culture interview, but I didn't make it to the round.
Honestly, I think I should've never done their time-consuming business case before at least meeting the hiring manager. You do all this work for them without even meeting the team or knowing if the HM will like your face or not. They claim the case should take 4 hours, but they're being dishonest as it takes at least 12-15 hours of dedicated no-distraction time to produce a good quality presentation.
Also, the company talks about 'diversity' so much, but a quick look at their website and even the list of employees on their LinkedIn will show you that they have only 5 Asians, 2 black people and less than 4 Arabs in their company. The remaining 350+ employees are white.
