The recruitment process was very one sided. As a candidate, I had limited information about the role before being asked to do a case presentation, with little time to prepare and little opportunity to understand what was expected. There was minimal room for real dialogue, and when I asked about company culture, the interviewers struggled to answer. For a senior role, I would have expected a more two-way conversation. The experience felt awkward and demanded a lot from the applicant without providing sufficient context about the culture, team, or role beforehand.
