Interview
The first round was a one-hour written test including a lot of math. Calculator was not allowed. Two breakout sessions are provided after the written test. In the second round, three 1-to-1 interviews are given, focusing on case analysis and personal experiences. The preference of office location is required to submit at the 2nd round. In the 3rd round, interviewers are at higher levels and similar to round 2.
3 step process. first was a screening then followed with around 7 case studies. the case studies ranged in varying industries and scope. this was done over a course of 2 months
Too long, too many rounds, too many people interviewing you and you need to follow up several times in order to get a response. They give you the materials to prepare which is good, but everything else is suboptimal
Das erste Interview war mit der HR. Klassische Fragen - Führ mich durch deinen Lebenslauf, warum Consulting, was motiviert dich etc. Das zweite Interview ging 3 Stunden. Nach einem kurzen Kennenlerenen, kamen zwei Case-Studys dran - eins auf Deutsch und eins auf Englisch.
