I would like to say that in this position situation is terrible. only 42000 kc, sometimes you have to work on sundays and saturdays. you receive 25-35 calls AND MOST TERRIBLE- there are russians from another company and has good positions in McKinsey. They are trying to take their old colleagues from previous company and changed almost everything.
Interview has a lot of steps, it is pointless for such salary and when I saw that russians I realized that even with 50 000 kc I will not work there. Have no idea how they got there.
They want to take only colleagues from previous job and the guys who came with recommendation, other guys have to have deep knowledge but even with this, they will not get offer.
There were 6 steps:
1st stage - Introduction of youself to the other candidate, we were 6 guys. they made 3 groups. In was really stupid, because the guy in my group did not provide me more information about himself to fail my introduction. but asked a lot about me. The Interviewers thinks you did not asked right questions. STUPID STAGE of interview.
2nd stage - they asked to make some building with spagetti and mashroom. again stupid idea. Everyone tries to show his best idea and nobody listen to each other, team had to create something in 15 minutes. Due to time limitation everyone agreed with one guy. They thought he was the leader, but he is not. We just agreed because we understand what is the deadline.
3rd stage - It was nice, emails and voicemails, you have to create a template and call capture, send the answer to resolver group or to user. you can show your skills.
4rd stage - Mock call, testing of call handling abilities. There were 3 calls, every call was created to fail you. the user has 5 minute, nothing is working, he is in stress and not happy. every issue was like this. The person on the call was russion and was aimed to fail because they came from another company
