First round is general HR screening asking personal questions and fit questions. Second round you are contacted by two associates, three years out of school. They ask you case questions that relate to the associates current cases they consult for - so unless you know what different associates in the offices are currently working on it's hard to guess what you will be asked about. Very math essential. You have to be quick on responses they want quick on your feet.
