Interview
I had 3 case interviews with 3partners in the Benelux region. Contrary to the popular belief all three cases were largely unstructured and did not have a big quantitative component to them. Interviewers were friendly and engaging.

What is it that I do not like about business school?
It was a one-to-one interview with a consultant. It's a typical case study. The experience was traumatizing. I know my answers weren't great, the consultant was elegant and didn't bother to hide his boredom.

What was the most difficult situation you have encountered in the workplace? What did you do about it?
Had 2 rounds. First was a virtual interview with 2 sessions back-to-back. One case and one PEI in each. Second was a final in person round, with 3 sessions back-to-back with one case and one PEI each.

3 step process. first was a screening then followed with around 7 case studies. the case studies ranged in varying industries and scope. this was done over a course of 2 months
