Its a long procedure. after clearing their initial 2 phone interview they selected me for final half day assessment. that include about 5 session in which they check different skills like team work, confident, technical knowledge. In first session they place few objects in front of u and you are suppose to introduce yourself why you choose that. then they give one case interview that you solve with team(to check your leadership and team work), then they ask questions about company that how much do you know about them and your motives. after that you start individual interviews about your CV and your objectives and motives etc, in next session they give you one paper which has list of cases, 6 cases in 5 minutes and you have to priorities the cases that whose problem you solve first e.g..you got call from client at 4 pm and he is asking for his computer crash and other call came at 5. pm and asking about new software etc. after that session there is role play session. two mc Kinsey employees call you as client and ask you to solve problem in real time but those are just basic problem like net not working , computer not working etc. then in last session they give you 30 question set of technical question which include black berry , lotus note and networking and windows basic questions.multiple choice.
