they will interview every candidate with case management interview. They usually give you some problem in a real company and then you have to give your solution in order to solver the problem that they currently face at!

A is a theme park company and they have been established from a long time ago. Suddenly there is B company that also a company that runs theme park. B company causes declining in A's company salary. Mckinsey will give you some data and condition. You have to make solution for them

Interview
First contact with the interview process was to play some strategy games called "Solve game". It's a serie of two strategic-thinking games that you have to solve in 71 minutes. It requires a global thinking and it was challenging but interesting.

Interview
The initial contact with the head of recruitment at which point you will be selected to start the main process. The process involved 2 different rounds of interviews. The first round is with two manager level staff who will ask behavioural questions as well as administer a case interview. The second round is the same but with partner level staff. All interviews are roughly 45 minutes.
