Applied online with a resume and cover letter that matched and exceeded the job description, received a generic rejection a day later. Seems that the talent acquisition team is unfamiliar with technology hiring practices or pretty biased.

I had two online interviews before this face-to-face interview. I was interviewed in a nice meeting room. lasted about twenty minutes. Began with warm-up questions, then a self-introduction. The third one is the main part, questions about this position. The final one is I got the chance to ask the manager questions.
