I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Marriott International (San Antonio, TX) in Sept 2015
Interview
I got the interview because a friend of mine who had interned with marriot the previous summer told me that they were looking for people. The recruiter was really nice and he was intersted but in the middle of the interview he told me that marriot does not sponspor for a work visa and I was going to need one eventually. That's how the interview ended.
The interview process was okay, fairly straightforward and organized. The team was friendly, and the questions were clear. It wasn’t too stressful, and I appreciated their timely communication throughout. They explained each step, provided context, and made sure I felt comfortable, which helped me prepare and stay calm during the interviews.
