I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marriott International (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
It was a quick process somewhat. I did two interviews within 30-45 minutes, including a tour and description of the job. First interview was with two of their Front Office Managers, second was with the Director of Front Office. Everyone was pretty nice and relaxing. Don’t overthink it too much, just be yourself and talk about experiences. They did ask situational questions also, so be prepared for that and have some situations in mind.

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marriott International (Bristol, TN) in May 2025
Interview
It was a pretty quick and straightforward process. I applied online, and I had an interview a week later. I went to the interview, did my background check, and a week later I got hired and started my onboarding process.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Marriott International (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2025
Interview
An application and online assessment, via the marrriott website. After this you set up an in-person interview on site.
However, it is an incredibly unprofessional and disorganized set up. Interviews typically happen after the scheduled time or are cancelled last minute. Very little appropriate introduction to the company's expectations for the role.

Very smooth and easy process from start to finish. They asked basic interview questions then situational questions. My first interview was with HR then the Front Office Team, then the General Manager.
