The interview was a brief meeting with the housekeeping Manager. It was odd not meeting with the front desk manager but he was professional. He upheld Marriott’s standard, had an upbeat and memorable personality. It’s clear he was proud to work for Marriott.

It was a super chill interview, they definitely used the STAR method and asked typical questions, including about how to deal with a rude guest, and how you deal with a rude or uncomfortable coworker.
