I met with several members of the team, described my background and experience, asked questions of the interviewers and answered STAR questions. The STAR questions were broad and asked for examples of certain workplace situations.

Why are you interested in this role? How does your background make you a good fit?
Smooth and fast once you speak to someone on property. If you work for the company already, that makes this easier, but if you don't I would call the property directly to see if you can speak to the hiring manager and introduce yourself. It helps a ton.

There was 3 seperate interviews. Phone screening then after that we had an in person interview. Last interview was with the Hiring Manager and HR. The process was not difficult and straight forward.

I was asked situational question and experience and knowledge.
Often a 2-stage interview process - Start off with a phone interview usually followed by a face-to-face interview with the Rooms Division Manager or General Manager. Will be asked basic situational questions and brand knowledge, having clear career goals on what drives you will make you stand out better
